The FUNction Method, a two day workshop and membership program, equips professionals and parents with adaptable movement strategies that they can use to impact youth inactivity.
What is a movement strategy? A movement strategy is essentially a game that is specifically designed to align with one of the four types of active play as seen through the eyes of the developing human (child): exploratory, competi-tive, cooperative, and free play. After attending the FUNction Method training you will not only learn unique games for each type, you will have expertise in creating movement curriculum that meshes with a developing brain and body. This is more than a curriculum; it’s a method which you can adapt to your specific youth training needs.

“Science in the lab is one thing, but Kwame has a gift for making it practical, challenging the status quo and inspiring others (and me) to change. It’s not change because I have to, from a negative standpoint, but change because he inspires me to want to.”
- Gary Avischious, Founder at Coaching School
